Phase III: Executable Proposal for Remediation
BLUE will provide you with an executable proposal including all tasks from project start, through pilot study up to and including the preparation of an Engineering Design package, permitting and preparation of a Remedial Action Workplan. We will include budgetary estimates of complete site remediation tasks. Once the pilot study is complete and the full-scale conceptual remediation plan is verified, BLUE can provide a reliable price for the remainder of the project, including system installation, operation and maintenance and overall project duration. Some projects and sites are well characterized or understood where the pilot study phase is not necessary and BLUE can move right to installation and optimization of the remedial solution.
Some sites may require additional delineation work for remedial design purposes. If needed, BLUE will make recommendations for any needed remedial delineation work.
