Phase IV: Contract, Execution of remedial tasks
If a BLUE proposal is deemed acceptable, and a client wants to start the project, we'll require the responsible party or overseeing consultant to enter into a professional services agreement or client based contracting mechanism. This contract will incorporate the scope and pricing of the BLUE proposal.
